歐盟設計規費大幅調漲，生效日：2025年5月01日
The EUIPO published a significant increase in European Community Design fees effective May 1, 2025.
修訂條款也變更展延費用的計算方式，目前，展延費用可於到期當月月底前繳納；依據2025年5月01日實施的新規定，展延費用需於到期當天繳納。
The Amending Regulation will also change the calculation of the renewal periods. Currently, payments can be made until the end of the corresponding due month. Under the new regulations starting May 1, 2025, fees are payable to the day.
