瑞士專利年費調降(自2019年7月1日生效 )
The Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property has announced new official fees for all patents due on/after July 1, 2019. Annual fees will be lower up until the 18th year. Subsequent annuities will be
slightly higher.
As a result, a Swiss patent will be less expensive over its entire maximum term of validity. The annual fees will continue to increase in line with the term of the patent. However, they will now increase in smaller increments in the first number of years and in larger increments in later years. Over the entire maximum twenty-year lifespan of a patent, its owner will save CHF 1440.
Fee changes as of 1 July 2019
